All online bookings are only definite once Nikki has confirmed the booking with you which you will receive via email.

Escape Skincare and Beauty requires all online bookings to be reserved with a payment card. Payment will not be taken at this point unless the treatment time is 2hrs+ and/or the total cost is £100 and over, where a non-refunable 50% booking fee will be required! Escape Skincare and Beauty requires you to pay the full/remaining balance for your treatment(s) at the end of your appointment.

In the event of a missed appointment (no show) or a late cancellation/reschedule/amendment of less than 24 hours before your appointment time, will result in your payment card being charged in full.

All e-gift card sales are to be paid in full at time of online purchase and are valid for 6 months.
